Expired-the Federal law dated 21 N 323-FZ RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments and additions to the fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation on health care adopted by the State Duma November 17, 2000 year approved by the Federation Council November 24, 2000 year (as amended by federal law from 22/08/2004, no. 122-FZ), Article 1. Make to the fundamentals of the legislation of the Russian Federation on health care from July 22, 1993 N 5487-I (Gazette of the Congress of people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1993, no. 33, p. 1318) the following changes and additions: 1. in paragraph 15 of article 5, the words "development and adoption of the Basic program of obligatory medical insurance of citizens of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with the words "development and adoption of the programme of State guarantees to citizens of the Russian Federation free medical care that includes basic mandatory health insurance program ".
2. in paragraph 5 of article 6, the words "adoption of programmes of compulsory medical insurance of citizens" were replaced by the words "development and adoption of territorial programs of State guarantees to citizens of the Russian Federation free medical care, including the territorial compulsory medical insurance programme".
3. (repealed-Federal Act of 22/08/2004, no. 122-FZ) 4. Part four of article 20 shall be amended as follows: "a guaranteed amount of free medical assistance is provided to citizens in accordance with the programs of the State guarantees to citizens of the Russian Federation free medical care.
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
