RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW About subsoil areas that can be granted under the terms of the product (Kirinsky project block "Sakhalin-3") Adopted by the State Duma on 14 April 1999 Approved by the Federation Council on 22 April 1999 Article 1. To carry the Kirinsky promising block of the Sakhalin-3 project, located within the territorial sea and on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation in the Sea of Okhotsk, to subsoil areas the right of use can be granted on conditions section of the product. Article 2. The object referred to in article 1 of this Federal Law refers to the list of subsoil areas, including mineral deposits, for which the Federal Law has been effective since the date of entry into force of this Federal Act. can negotiate and conclude agreements on prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbon raw materials under the terms of the products, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law " About Product Section Agreements".
