RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW OF THE FEDERAL LAW OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Approved by the Federation Council on 13 October 1999 Article 1. Supplement the Federal Law of 4 January 1999 N 1-FZ " On the rates of insurance contributions to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION (3) Article 1, paragraph 1, as follows: " Article 1-1. An additional tariff to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for employers-organizations employing flight crew members of aircraft in excess of the provisions of article 1, paragraph (a), of this Federal Act for 1999 Civil Aviation, in the amount of 14 per cent of payments assessed in favour of aircrew members of civil aviation aircraft on all grounds, irrespective of sources of funding, including civil liability The nature of the work and the provision of services. These funds are accumulated in a separate account of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation to ensure control over their intended use. ". Article 2. Invite the President of the Russian Federation and instruct the Government of the Russian Federation. The Federation shall bring its normative legal acts into conformity with this Federal Law.
