Raise the minimum wage to 900 rubles per month in the second quarter of 1992 in organizations and institutions financed from budget sources. Other enterprises, organizations and institutions introduce the minimum wage as set out in part one of this article, starting from 1 June 1992, as they seek to do so. The minimum wage does not include surcharges and allowances, as well as bonuses and other performance awards. Article 2. Recognize article 1 of the RSFSR Act of 6 December 1991 "On raising the minimum wage" and article 2 Russian Federation Law "On the early introduction of the RSFSR Law on State pensions in the RSFSR".
