§ 1 Ruhen of the Prosecution Period
The limitation period for crimes subject to German jurisdiction (Section 78 of the Criminal Code) rests in the cases of Section 78 (3) (1) to (3) of the Criminal Code from the date of surrender of the person to the offences set forth by the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court of 17 July 1998 (BGBl. 1393) by the International Criminal Court or the executing State until they have been returned to the German authorities or their release by the Court of Justice or the executing State.

§ 2 Equality between judges and staff
For the purposes of the application of § § 331 to 336, 338 of the Criminal Code to a bribery act, which relates to a future judicial act or act of conduct, the following shall be the same:

a judge: a judge of the International Criminal Court,

other official: an office-holder and another staff member of the International Criminal Court.
