(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on the date on which the Protocol shall enter into force for the Federal Republic of Germany in accordance with its Article 23 or 24. (2) This Regulation shall enter into force on the date on which the Protocol for the Federal Republic of Germany shall be repeal. Germany shall not enter into force.
