Based on § 45 of the Craft Code, as amended by the 28. December 1965 (BGBl. 1), which was last amended by Article 1 (63) of the Law of 20. December 1993 (BGBl. 2256), in conjunction with Article 56 (1) of the Jurisdiction Adjustment Act of 18 June 1991. March 1975 (BGBl. 705) and the organisation of the organisation of 17. § 1 occupational image

(1) The work of the Eft-laying craft is the following activities:
1.
The production and laying of screeds as floors for coverings as well as for floor coverings under Use of binding agents, in particular of anhydrite, synthetic resin, magnesia and cement, including the production of floating screeds,
2.
Manufacch and lay of Industrial edema, in particular of hard material, magnesia, bitumen or synthetic resin-bound screeds,
3.
Making and laying of hollow spaces and Double trays,
4.
Production of heating estriches,
5.
Manufacching and laying Finish plates,
6.
Application and laying of barrier layers and insulation layers,
7.
Application of synthetic resin layers and sealings,
8.
Manufacturing and attaching pedestals in Connection with laying of screeds and laying of deposits,
9.
Slaying of sheet and sheet coverings, in particular of plastics and textiles.
(2) The following knowledge and skills are to be attributed to Estrichleger craftsmen:
1.
Knowledge of aptitude and on protection, post-treatment and care of screeds and coatings,
2.
Knowledge of solidification and hardening processes,
3.
Knowledge of harmful influences on building materials and components for the paint making,
4.
Knowledge of product-related quality requirements and testing methods,
5.
Knowledge of heat and Sound protection as well as fire and fire protection,

Knowledge about the installation and operation of construction sites,

§ 2 Outline, Duration, and The practical test (Part I)

(1) In Part I, a master examination is to be carried out and a working sample should be carried out. In the determination of the master examination work, the proposals of the test item are to be taken into consideration as far as possible.(2) The preparation of the Master's examination should not last longer than one day, the execution of the work sample shall not last longer than six hours.(3) Minimum requirements for the existence of Part I are in each case sufficient performances in the master examination work and in the working sample. § 3 Master Examination Work

(1) A master review work is to be completed with one of the following tasks:
1.
Making and placing an Estrich as
a)
Underfloor for coverings, in particular elastic coverings, linoleum, parquet or textile coverings or
b)
Payload
using anhydrite, magnesia, synthetic resin, cement or other binders as composite or floating construction or
2.
Manufacturing and laying of a single-or two-layer industrial bound as a hard-, magnesia-, bitumen-or synthetic resin-bound bond.
(2) The Prior to the examination of the master examination work, the examinee has to submit a draft in the form of a sketch with the main dimensions and a construction oversight as well as a working description for approval before the examination. After approval of the draft, the test specimen has a graphic representation of the master examination work including a building material requirements list, the preliminary calculation as well as the calculation of the heat and sound protection.(3) The graphic representation of the master examination work, including the building material requirements list, the calculation of the heat and sound protection, the work report as well as the pre-and post-calculation are to be found in the evaluation of the master examination work shall be considered. § 4 Work sample

(1) Two of the following tasks are to be performed as a work sample:
1.
Application and laying of barrier layers,
2.
laying and covering layers of insulation and edge strips, dumping of bulk material,
3.
laying down a Estrichs in pipes on the ceiling,
4.
Manufacch of movement joints and insertion of separation rails,
5.
Application of synthetic resin layers of various kinds,
6.
laying of documents for Coverings,
7.
Application of adhesives and adhesive bridges,
8.
Cutting, laying, gluing and welding of sheets and plates of different materials and the installation of pedestals on the surface to be prepared.
(2) In the working sample, the main skills and knowledge required in the Master examination work could not be proved, or only insufficiently proven. Non-official table of contents

§ 5 Examination of subject-theoretical knowledge (Part II)

(1) In Part II, knowledge of the following four Proof of examination subjects:
1.
Building material customer: types, properties, storage, use, processing and disposal of occupational and auxiliary materials, in particular the binders and aggregates, the fillers, the additives, additives, colorants, insulating materials and insulating materials;
2.
Specialist technology:
a)
Substructures,
b)
Estrokes,
c)
Harness,
d)
Heat, sound, fire, and moisture protection,
e)
Professional working methods and techniques, as well as measurement techniques,

(2) The exam is to be conducted in writing and orally.(3) The written examination shall not take longer than 13 hours, the oral test shall not last longer than half an hour. The written examination shall not be carried out for more than six hours in one day.(4) The examinee shall be exempted from the oral examination on request if, on average, he has provided at least good written services.(5) The minimum requirement for the existence of Part II shall be sufficient performance in the examination subject referred to in paragraph 1 (2).

§ 6 Transitional rule

§ 8 Entry into force

This regulation occurs on the 1. May 1995, in force.
