Pursuant to § 45 of the Rules of the Craft Act, as amended by the Notice of 28 December 1965 (BGBl. 1), as last amended by Article 1 (63) of the Law of 20 December 1993 (BGBl). 2256), in conjunction with Article 56 (1) of the Jurisdiction Adjustment Act of 18 March 1975 (BGBl). 705) and the organization of the organisation of 17 November 1994 (BGBl. 3667), the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Technology, is responsible for:

§ 1 Vocational Training

(1) The following activities shall be attributed to the craft trades sector:
1.
Manufacture and laying of screed as subsoil for coverings and as commercial soils using binders, in particular anhydrite, synthetic resin, magnesia and cement, including the production of floating screeds,
2.
Manufacture and placement of industrial edema, in particular of hard material estriches, magnesia estriches, bitumen or synthetic resin-bound screeds,
3.
Manufacturing and laying of cavity and double bottoms,
4.
Manufacture heating test riches,
5.
Manufacture and lay down plates,
6.
Application and laying of barrier and insulating layers,
7.
Application of synthetic resin layers and sealings,
8.
Manufacture and attach of sockles in combination with the laying of coatings and laying of coverings,
9.
Laying of sheet and sheet coverings, in particular of plastics and textiles.
(2) The following knowledge and skills are to be attributed to the Etom-Wing-Craft:
1.
knowledge of suitability as well as of protection, post-treatment and care of screeds and coverings,
2.
knowledge of solidification and hardening processes,
3.
Knowledge of harmful influences on building materials and components for the production of paints,
4.
Knowledge of product-related quality requirements and test procedures,
5.
knowledge of the protection of heat and sound as well as of fire and fire protection,
6.
knowledge of building structures and construction work, in so far as these are linked to the work of the Ebar Leger,
7.
Knowledge of the establishment and operation of construction sites,
8.
knowledge of occupational methods and techniques, as well as the measurement procedures,
9.
knowledge of occupational plant and auxiliary materials as well as their storage, processing and disposal,
10.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety and occupational safety regulations,
11.
knowledge of the rules governing the award of works contracts, professional standards, the rules of construction law and the occupational requirements of the environment, in particular the protection of the immission of immission,
12.
Assess and prepare subsoil,
13.
Determine the height of the construction, weigh the cracks in the sea and the production of height gauges,
14.
Protection of adjacent components against contamination as well as insulating against the action of aggressive substances
15.
Sealing of the subsoil against non-pressing water,

Installation of rails and frames,

Loops, oils and waxes of screeds,

Processing of reaction resins and other synthetic resins for impregnation, sealing, coatings and for coatings and screeds,
27.

Examination requirements in Parts I and II of the Master Examination

§ 2 Structure, duration and existence of the practical test (Part I)

(1) In Part I, a master examination is to be completed and a work sample to be carried out. In the determination of the master examination work, the proposals of the test item should be taken into consideration as far as possible. (2) The preparation of the master examination thesis should not exceed one day, the execution of the working sample no longer than six (3) Minimum requirements for the existence of Part I are sufficient performance in the master examination work and in the working sample. § 3 Master Examination

(1) One of the following works is to be carried out as a master's thesis:
1.
Manufacture and place an Estrix as
a)
Underfloor for coverings, in particular elastic coverings, linoleum, parquet or textile coverings, or
b)
Useable
using anhydrite, magnesia, synthetic resin, cement or other binding agents as composite paint or in floating design, or
2.
Production and placement of a single-or two-layer industrial bounding as a hard material, magnesia, bitumen or synthetic resin bonded coating.
(2) Before producing the master examination work, the examinee shall submit a draft in the form of a sketch with the main dimensions and a construction oversight as well as a working description for approval before the master examination committee. After approval of the draft, the test specimen has a graphic representation of the master examination work, including a building material requirement list, the preliminary calculation as well as the calculation of the heat and sound protection. (3) The drawing Presentation of the master examination work including the building material requirements list, the calculation of the heat and sound protection, the work report as well as the pre-and post-calculation are to be taken into consideration in the evaluation of the master examination work. § 4 Work sample

(1) Two of the following works shall be carried out as a working sample:
1.
Application and laying of barrier layers,
2.
Laying and covering of insulating layers and edge strips, introduction of bulk materials,
3.
Laying an eggline in pipes on the ceiling,
4.
Manufacture of movement joints and insertion of separation rails,
5.
Application of synthetic resin layers of various kinds,
6.
Laying down of documents for coverings,
7.
Application of adhesives and adhesion bridges,
8.
Cutting, laying, gluing and welding of webs and panels made of various materials as well as sockling on the surface to be prepared.
(2) The working sample shall examine the most important skills and knowledge which could not be proved, or only insufficiently demonstrated, in the master examination work. Unofficial table of contents

§ 5 Examination of the subject-theoretical knowledge (Part II)

(1) In Part II, knowledge of the following four examination subjects shall be proven:
1.
Building material customer: types, properties, storage, use, processing and disposal of the occupational plant and auxiliary materials, in particular the binding agents and additives, the fillers, the additives, additives, colorants, insulating materials and insulating materials;
2.
Technical technology:
a)
substructures,
b)
Screed,
c)
Coverings,
d)
Heat, sound, fire and damp protection,
e)
professional work methods and techniques, as well as measurement procedures,
f)
professional quality requirements and test methods,
g)
Rules on the award of works contracts and professional standards,
h)
professional occupational safety and health requirements;
3.
Skill:
a)
scale-up calculations
b)
Heat and sound protection calculations,
c)
Calculation of building materials requirements;
4.
Calculation: Cost determination involving all factors essential to price formation.
(2) The examination shall be carried out in writing and orally. (3) The written examination shall not take more than 13 hours in total, the oral test shall not take more than half an hour. In the written examination, it is not to be examined for more than six hours in one day. (4) The examinee must be exempted from the oral examination on request if he has performed at least good written services on average. (5) The minimum requirement for the existence of Part II shall be sufficient performance in the examination subject referred to in paragraph 1 (2).

Transitional and final provisions

§ 6 Transitional provision

The examination procedures under way at the date of entry into force of this Regulation shall be completed in accordance with the existing provisions. Unofficial table of contents

§ 7 Additional requirements

The further requirements in the Master Examination are determined by the Ordination on Common Requirements in the Master Examination in the Craft Sector of 12 December 1972 (BGBl. 2381), as amended. Unofficial table of contents

Section 8 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 May 1995.
