§ 1

The compensation facility of deutscher Banken GmbH will be assigned the tasks and powers of a compensation facility for the private-law institutes mentioned in section 24 (1) (1) of the Deposit Guarantee Act. Unofficial table of contents

The compensation facility of deutscher Banken GmbH has to submit changes to the company contract for approval to the Federal Ministry of Finance. Unofficial table of contents

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day after the date of delivery.
