§ 2

§ 1 shall also apply to members who have retired from the Bundestag before the entry into force of this Act and to their surviving dependabers.

Type II

This law applies in accordance with Section 12 (1) and Section 13 (1) of the Third Transfer Act of 4 January 1952 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1) also in the Land of Berlin.

Species III

The Federal Government has given the above law the approval required under Article 113 of the Basic Law.
