§ 4 Training framework plan

The skills and knowledge according to § 3 are to be taught according to the guidance on the factual and chronological structure of the vocational training (training framework plan) contained in the annex. § 5 Training Plan

§ 7 Intermediate examination

(1) An intermediate examination is to be carried out to determine the level of training. Alcohol extraction from raw materials containing starch and sugars,

Storage of drugs, fruit and sugar,
6.
Execution of the maceration and percolation,
7.

8.
Surface, Volume, and Weight Calculation,
9.
Mixing Calculation,
10.
Percentage invoice.

§ 8 final examination

(1) The final examination extends to the skills listed in the Appendix to § 4 Knowledge, as well as on the teaching material taught in the vocational education and training course, to the extent that it is essential for vocational training.(2) In order to prove the skills, the test specimen shall carry out three working samples in a total of six hours. For this purpose, in particular:
1.
Determining the commercial raw materials and Semi-finished products,
2.
Control of raw materials, semi-finished products and spirits,
3.
Producing semi-finished products,
4.
Producing Spirits,
5.
clarifying and filtering the semi-finished products and spirits,
6.
Filling of spirits.
(3) Proof of knowledge is to be examined in writing in the examination subjects Technology, Technical Mathematics as well as Economic and Social Studies. Questions and tasks can be considered in particular from the following areas:
1.
in the examination subject Technology:
a)
Properties, quality characteristics and use of raw materials and Semi-finished products,
b)
Operation of technical equipment for the manufacture of semi-finished products and spirit drinks,
c)
Manufacture of semi-finished products and spirits,
d)
Clarifying and filtration of semi-finished products and Spirit drinks,
e)
Storage of raw materials, semi-finished products and spirits,
f)
Quality of merchants of merchants,
g)
Product-related legislation,
h)
Environmental pressures and ways to eliminate them,
i)
Operating typical accident sources and Occupational safety measures;
2.
in the Technical Mathematics Examination subject:
a)
Calculation of recipes including the extract content and contraction,
b)
Strengthening and Reduction calculation,
c)
Shrinkage Calculation,
d)
Weight, Volume, and Alcohol calculation on the basis of given tables;
3.
in the examination subject Economic and social studies: economic and social studies.
The questions and tasks should also refer to practice-related cases.(4) The written proficiency test must be based on the following time limits:
1.in the examination subject Technology120 minutes,
2.in Technical Mathematics Review 90 minutes,
3.in the examination subject Economic and social studies60 Minutes.
(5) Insofar as the written examination is carried out in a programmed form, the examination period referred to in paragraph 4 may be undershot.(6) The written examination shall be supplemented, at the request of the examinee or at the discretion of the examination board in individual subjects, by an oral examination, if it is essential for the existence of the examination. The written examination has a double weight compared with the oral examination.(7) Within the knowledge test, the examination subject technology has double the weight compared to each of the remaining subjects.(8) The examination has been passed if at least sufficient services are provided in the examination subject technology and in the examination subject as well as within the examination subject. § 9 Revocation of Rules

Annex EV extract from EinigVtr Annex I, Chapter XVI, section III, Section III,

Federal law shall enter into force in the area referred to in Article 3 of the Treaty with the following measures:
1.
Vocational Training Act of 14. August 1969 (BGBl. 1112), as last amended by § 19 of the Law of 23. December 1981 (BGBl. 1 and 2, § § 25, 29 (1), § 43 (1) and (2), § 46 (2), § 76 (2), § 77 (5), § 80 (2), § 81 (4), § 82 (2), § § 93, 95 (4), § 96 (2), issued on the following legal regulations Measures:
a)
Legal regulations according to § 21 paragraph 1 of the law require separate entry into force by the Federal Minister of Education and Science by means of a regulation which does not require the approval of the Federal Council. Legal regulations according to § 29 (1) and § 43 of the Act require the separate entry into force by the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs or the otherwise responsible Minister of Trade in agreement with the Federal Minister of Education and Science by Legal Regulation, which does not require the consent of the Federal Council.
b)
The competent authority may take up to 31 years of age. 1 December 1995 derogations from the training regulations according to § 25 of the Act, if the requirements imposed by technical regulations cannot yet be met. The exceptions are temporary. In agreement with the Federal Minister of Education and Science, the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs or the Minister for Economic Affairs may, in agreement with the Federal Minister for Education and Science, not require the approval of the Bundesrat, the power of the Federal Minister for Education and Science Limit or cancel.
c)
The regulations in training regulations according to § 25 of the law on training in incompany training centres (§ 27 of the Law) shall not be applied if the competent authority determines that such training is not possible.
d)
On the entry into force of the law on the Entry into force of the Vocational Training Act of the Federal Republic of Germany in the German Democratic Republic-IGBBiG-of 19. July 1990 (GBl. 907), existing training conditions are to be completed under the new rules, unless training under the new rules is not possible or the apprentice is a continuation under the previous rules expressly wishes. If the termination of the apprenticeship according to the new training regulations is not possible in the previous establishment, the responsible employment office and the responsible body are obliged to support the apprentice, a new training establishment , which continues training under the new training regulations.
