Article 1 Legal capacity of the Joint Wadden Sea Secretariat
(1) The Common Wadden Sea Secretariat (Common Wadden Sea Secretariat, CWSS), which is based on the Dutch-German-Danish-Dutch Administrative Convention of 13 July 2001. October 1987 (BGBl. 87, 88) and under the Convention of 18 March 2010 (BGBl). 1090, 1091), has the legal capacity in the Federal Republic of Germany.

to acquire and dispose of movable and immovable property and

to stand trial.
(2) For the purposes of this Article, the Secretariat shall be represented by the Secretary or the Secretary.
