I. Transfer of powers
Within the framework of the Health and Social Security on the Management Board of the Federal Accident Insurance Fund as the supreme service authority, the Executive Board of the Federal Accident Fund transfers to the managing director of the Federal Accident Fund the power,
- pursuant to § 33 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Section 3 (1) of the Federal disciplinary code To set salaries up to the maximum for officials,
- in accordance with § 34 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Section 2 sentence 1 of the Federal disciplinary law
- According to § 42 (1) sentence 1 of the Federal disciplinary law on the objection of civil servants to the civil servants. decide, even to the extent that the management is responsible for the disciplinary order,
- according to § 84 sentence 1 of the Federal disciplinary law against retirees and retired civil servants to exercise disciplinary powers in so far as the management was responsible in accordance with point 1 at the time of the retirement.
