On the basis of Article 9 (16) of the Law on the Introduction of a Capital Covered Scarcity Pension and amending other Laws of 21 June 2002 (BGBl. 2167), § 15 (1) of the Articles of Association of the Federal Accident Fund of 22 January 2003, § 83 (1) sentence 1 and 2, § 33 (5), § 34 (2) sentence 2, § 42 (1) sentence 2, and § 84 sentence 2 of the Federal disciplinary law of 9 July 2001 (BGBl. 1510) in conjunction with Section 1 (2) of the Ordinance on the Implementation of the Federal Disciplinary Law of the Federal States with Diensthernability in the Division of the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Security of the Federal Republic of Germany 24 February 2003 (BGBl. 300) shall be adopted as follows: Unofficial table of contents

I. Transfer of powers

Within the framework of the law transferred by the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Security to the Management Board of the Federal Accident Fund as the supreme service authority, the Board of Management of the Federal Accident Fund transfers to the managing director of the accident insurance company the federal authority,
1.
In accordance with Section 33 (1) in conjunction with Section 3 (1) of the Federal Disciplinary Code, to fix the reduction in remuneration to the maximum amount for the officials,
2.
In accordance with Section 34 (1), in conjunction with Section 2, sentence 1 of the Federal disciplinary law, to impose disciplinary proceedings against the officials,
3.
In accordance with Section 42 (1), first sentence, of the Federal disciplinary law on the appeal of officials, even as far as the management is responsible for the administration of disciplinary proceedings,
4.
in accordance with Section 84, sentence 1 of the Federal disciplinary law, to exercise the disciplinary powers in respect of retired civil servants, in so far as the management was responsible in accordance with the number 1 at the time of the retirement.
The powers of the Executive Board in accordance with § § 35 and 43 of the Federal disciplinary law remain unaffected by this. Unofficial table of contents

II. Conditional clause

The Executive Board of the Federal Accident Fund reserves the right to exercise the powers granted in accordance with Section I in individual cases and at any stage of the procedure itself. Unofficial table of contents
