(4) in the testing area "Communication and cooperation" can be checked: 1. use of English as a foreign language for professional tasks, 2. plan, and modify items in the team, vote and evaluate the results, 3. knowledge of the processes at the check-in, 4. detect and report damage or special events.
(5) the examination in the "Theory of the ground service" section is written in the form of perform application-related tasks.
(6) the processing time for tasks to be: 1. in the testing area "Air vehicles" at least 120 minutes, 2nd in the testing area "Legislation" at least 90 minutes and 3rd in the testing area "Communication and cooperation" at least 60 minutes.
Overall, the duration should not exceed 300 minutes.

§ 6 "Practice of ground transport service" exam "Practice of ground transport service" (1) In section of the exam is to check in the following test areas: 1 have a, accepting and securing aircraft, 2. check and control the devices necessary for the clearance and vehicles as well as applying information systems, 3 manufacture of aircraft, 4. baggage handling, 5. communicating and cooperating with the parties involved in the clearance and assume responsible organizational tasks.

(6) in the testing area "Communicating and cooperating with the parties involved in the clearance and assume responsible organization tasks" can be checked: 1. situation-oriented communication, 2. coordinate tasks.
(7) the examination in the exam "Practice of ground transport service" is carried in the form of practical work samples and a situational consultation. The situational consultation can be divided into several phases of conversation and can be run in the context of the work samples.

(6) from the notes of the parts of the exam "Theory of ground transport service" and "Practice of the ground service", making an overall rating is. The parts of the exam are as follows to weight: 1.    (1) the qualification focus "Air vehicles" includes following qualification content: 32 days a) knowledge of aircraft types and versions, b) knowledge and the application of labels and codes, c) knowledge and taking into account the structure of aircraft, d) knowledge of the arrangement, characteristics and functions of cargo holds and units, as well as the exits, e) knowledge and mapping of controls and supply connections, f) knowledge and application of load instructions.
 
   (2) the qualifying emphasis "Luftfahrtrechtliche provisions and other regulations" includes following qualification content: 11 days a) note of legal bases in air transport, in particular regulations, Airport regulations and relevant provisions of the air safety Act, b) knowledge and the application of technical terms and abbreviations used in the aviation, c) to observe rules on dangerous goods and special cargoes, d) knowledge of the geography of transport.
 
   (3) the skills focus 'Provisions concerning labour and environmental health at the clearance of ensuring safety at work' includes the following qualification content: 11 days a) applying occupational safety and health, occupational safety and accident prevention regulations, b) observe rules of health, understanding of health management, c) apply rules of environmental protection, understanding of environmental management, d) initiating and applying first aid measures, e) applying provisions of fire protection and taking action to combat fire.
 
   (4) the focus of the qualification "Communication and cooperation" includes following qualification content: 21 days a) knowledge and application of team work and cooperation with other sectors, b) control of the communication behaviour and dealing with conflicts, c) applying subject-specific foreign language proficiency in English language, d) to detect and report damage and special incident, e) knowledge of processes at the check-in.
 
   (5) the skill focus "Labour and social law provisions" includes following qualification content: 2 days a) understanding of the basics of the vocational education law, b) understanding of the fundamentals of the labour and social law, in particular of the labour contract law, Betriebsverfassungs - and collective bargaining contract law and social insurance law.
 

Annex 2 (to section 3 paragraph 3) occupational retraining (site: Gazette I 2015, 310-311) occupational retraining includes the following six priorities of the qualification: 1 ways a, accepting and securing aircraft, 2. check and control the devices necessary for the clearance and vehicles as well as applying information systems, 3. manufacture of aircraft, 4. baggage handling, 5. communicating and cooperating with the parties involved in the handling , 6 applying responsible organizational tasks.
   (1) the focus of the qualification "Wise up, accepting and securing aircraft" includes: 13 working days a) ways of aircraft to the gate position, b) make of aircraft, communicate with the cockpit, c) attaching and removing backup devices.
 
   (2) the qualifying emphasis "check and control the devices necessary for the clearance vehicles and applying information systems" includes: 32 working days a) check the operational readiness and safety of equipment and vehicles, b) use of equipment and vehicles according to its provisions, c) to detect and report errors and damage to equipment and vehicles, d) verifying the functionality of information systems and use of information systems.
 
   (3) the qualification focus includes "Making of aircraft": 75 working days a) opening, closing and securing the cargo hold doors, b) loading and unloading of aircraft in accordance with the charging instructions, c) cargo and mail handling on air vehicles, d) securing cargo, e) manufacture of dangerous goods and special cargoes.
 
   (4) the focus of the qualification "Baggage Handling" includes: 15 working days outbound: a) manufacture of luggage and editing features, b) loading the Chargers of means taking into account the sort criteria and safety procedures, c) control of the baggage conveyors, d) editing features, drafting of claims;
 
Inbound: a) make up baggage and special baggage and edit other special features, b) unloading the Chargers of means taking into account the sort criteria, c) control of the baggage conveyors, d) editing features, drafting of claims.
 
   (5) the focus of the qualification "Communicate and cooperate with the parties involved in the clearance" includes: 3 working days a) Situationsgerechtes communicate in the team, as well as with internal and external partners, b) giving instructions and information in English, c) Situationsgerechtes use of communication tools and rules.
 
   (6) the focus of qualifications "Applying responsible organization tasks" includes: 2 working days a) delegate tasks, b) managing staff and employees, c)
Coordinate tasks and teams.
