§ 1 Retraining objective, retraining examination and name of the retraining qualification

(1) The aim of the vocational retraining is to acquire the professional Ability to act within the meaning of Section 1 (3) of the Vocational Training Act in order to carry out the following operational tasks independently and responsibly in the field of civil aviation at airports of different sizes.
1.
Instruct, Accept, and Save Aircraft,
2.
Checking and serving the devices and vehicles required for handling, and applying information systems,
3.
Aircraft Handling,
4.
Baggage Handling,
5.
Handling of cargo and mail,
6.
Note and comply with regulations on work, environment, and Health protection in handling; warranty of occupational safety,
7.
Notice and compliance of aviation regulations and other regulations Rules,
8.
Communicate with those involved in the handling,
9.
Delegate from Tasks and guidance of employees.
(2) In the retraining examination, the participants in the examination have to demonstrate the professional capacity to act in order to qualify as a qualified professional. § 2 Admission requirements for the retraining exam

§ 3 type, duration and content of retraining

(1) The retraining is divided into a retraining course and a corporate retraining course.(2) The retraining course shall comprise at least 616 hours of teaching. The skills, knowledge and skills described in Appendix 1 are to be given in the areas of skill set out there.(3) In-company retraining is carried out in the field of civil aviation at airports and comprises at least 28 practical weeks in business practice. § 4 Outline of the retraining examination

(1) The retraining review is divided into two parts:

"Ground Transport Theory" and
2.
"Ground Traffic Service Practice".

§ 5 Examination section "Theory of ground traffic service"

§ 6 Examination section "Practice of the ground traffic service"

§ 8 Assessment of audit services; passing the exam

§ 9 retry of the review

(1) The "Aircraft" qualification focus includes the following skill levels:32 Days
a)Knowledge of aircraft types and versions,

c) Knowledge and consideration of the structure of aircraft,
d) Knowledge of the arrangement, features and functions of the cargo spaces and units as well as the exits,
e) Knowledge and association of controls and supply ports,
f) Knowledge and Application of Charging Instructions.


(2) The The qualification "Aviation regulations and other regulations" includes the following qualification contents:
11 days
a) Notice of legal bases in air traffic, in particular government regulations, airport use regulations and relevant provisions of the Air Security Act,
b)Knowledge and application of technical terms and abbreviations in air traffic, 
c)Notice of Regulations on Dangerous Goods and Special Charges
d)knowledge of traffic geography.


(3) The qualification priority" Regulations on work, environment and health protection in handling, guarantee of occupational safety " includes the following Skill contents:
11 days
a)Apply Work Safety, Work Safety, and Accident prevention regulations,
