Pursuant to § 155 (1) sentence 2 of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz-BBG) of 14 July 1953 in the version dated 18 September 1957 (Federal Law Gazette). 1337) in conjunction with Section 2 (3) of the Law on the Transfer Of Burdens and Coverings from Saarland to the Federal Government (Fifth Transfer Act) of 30 June 1959 (Bundesgesetzbl. 335) as well as § 1 sentence 1, § 11 sentence 1 of the Act concerning the introduction of civil service law of the federal government in the Saarland of June 30, 1959 (Federal Law Gazette). I p. 332), in agreement with the Federal Minister of the Interior, I transfer my powers to the officials of the former State Mining Administration in the Saarland and their survivors to the pensions of officials of the former State Office of the Management of Mines.
