I. 

According to § 126 (3) no. 2 Sentence 2 of the Civil Service Law Framework Act, in conjunction with Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act, the Federal Administrative Office shall be empowered to act against administrative acts in respect of appeals by employees of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Matters of remuneration, in accordance with the Federal Travel Cost Act and the Federal Law on the Law of the Federal Republic of Germany, including the regulations issued for this purpose and under the state aid rules of the Federal Government. According to Section 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act, the Federal Administrative Office shall be the representative of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs for administrative judicial proceedings in matters referred to in point I of this order.
