According to article 126 par. 3 No. 2 set 2 of the civil service law framework law in connection with § 172 of the federal civil servants act is the Federal Office of administration the power transmitted, contradictions by employees of the Federal Ministry of labour and Social Affairs against administrative acts in matters of remuneration, in the Federal travel Act and the Federal relocation costs including the regulations for this judgment and to the State aid rules of the Federal Government, to decide. The same applies in matters of official references.

II. According to section 174, paragraph 3, of the federal civil servants Act representing the Ministry of labour and Social Affairs in administrative proceedings in matters is transferred the Federal Office of Administration referred to in point I of this arrangement. The Federal Ministry of labour and Social Affairs reserves the right to exercise legal representation even in individual cases.

III. This arrangement shall apply with effect from November 22, 2005.
