I.
In accordance with Section 126 (3) No. 2 sentence 2 of the Civil Service Law Framework Act in conjunction with Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act, the Federal Administrative Office shall be empowered to act on appeals by employees of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs against administrative acts in matters of remuneration, in accordance with the Federal Travel Cost Act and the Federal Law for the Law of the Federal Republic of Germany, including the regulations issued for this purpose and in accordance with the federal state aid rules. The same shall apply in matters of office.

II.
In accordance with Section 174 (3) of the Federal Civil Service Act, the Federal Administrative Office shall delegate the representation of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs to administrative court proceedings in matters referred to in point I of this order. The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs reserves the right to carry out the process representation itself on a case-by-case basis.

This arrangement shall apply with effect from 22 November 2005.
