§ 1 Scope

§ 28 Duration of probation and probation of probation

and has been recruited on the basis of the application. Do not compensate for periods of service pursuant to § 15 (1), first sentence, point 4, if these are taken into account as a condition for admission to the career path or in accordance with § 20 of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) or have been credited to the trial period. § 34 probation time

§ 36 Selection procedure

§ 37 Participation in preparatory services

§ 38 Technical Qualifications

§ 47 Service Qualification

(1) The official qualification is to be . Qualification measures are in particular

the acquisition of complementary qualifications for higher-rated posts and for the perception of of management tasks.
The service qualification is regulated by centrally organised training measures of the Federal Government, insofar as it is not up to special training facilities of individual top service authorities. The Federal Academy for Public Administration supports the authorities in the development of personnel development concepts and in the implementation of qualification measures.(2) Officials shall be obliged to take part in the official qualifications referred to in the second sentence of paragraph 1 of this paragraph.(3) The officials shall be given the opportunity to take part in the official qualifications referred to in paragraph 1 (2), provided that the official interest is given, in accordance with the appropriate opportunity. The officials may be proposed by the supervisor or the competent supervisor or apply for themselves.(4) In the design of qualification measures, account should be taken of the special situation of officials with family responsibilities, with part-time employment and teleworking places. § 48 Rule Assessment,

, competence and professional performance of the civil servant or of the official shall be regularly assessed at the latest every three years or when it is necessary for the service or personal circumstances to be assessed.(2) Exceptions to the regular assessment may be permitted if a service assessment is not appropriate. § 50 Assessment procedure and assessment scale

§ 52 Preparatory Services

(1) The top service authorities listed in Appendix 2 shall issue the respective top service authorities listed in Section 10 Technical preparatory service for regulatory legal regulations up to 31 December 2008 December 2015. Pending the entry into force of the legal regulations governing the respective subject-specific preparatory service, the relevant career, training and examination regulations are those based on § 2 (4) of the Federal Railways Ordinance (Bundeslaufbahnverordnung) in the Version of the Notice of 2. § 54 Rise

(1) On civil servants and collective employees who are on the rise at the entry into force of this Regulation , or have successfully participated in a pre-selection procedure for participation in the selection procedure, the further selection and promotion procedures are the § § 33 to 33b of the Federal Railways Regulation as amended by the German Federal Railways Regulation (Bundeslaufbahnverordnung). Notice of 2. July 2002 (BGBl. 2459, 2671), as last amended by Article 15 (28) of the Law of 5. February 2009 (BGBl. I p. 160) has been amended. The ascent according to § 37 is open to you.(2) By way of derogation from § § 35 to 41, it may be up to 31. December 2015 the rise in addition to § § 33 to 33b of the Federal Railways Ordinance in the version of the announcement of the 2. July 2002 (BGBl. 2459, 2671), as last amended by Article 15 (28) of the Law of 5. On this basis, it shall be decided on the continuation of the arrangements referred to in the first sentence.(3) On civil servants who are qualified according to § § 23, 29 and 33a of the Federal Railways Ordinance (Bundeslaufbahnverordnung) in der bis zum 9. § § 23, 29 and 33a of the German Federal Railways Ordinance (Bundeslaufbahnverordnung) in the up to the 9th of July 2002 have been acquired. § 55 Transitional rules on § 27 and § 50 (2)

(1) On civil servants who are at the time of entry into force this Regulation shall satisfy the conditions laid down in Article 27 (1) (1) and (2) of this Regulation, is Article 27 (1) (3) to (31). The decision shall be applied in December 2015 with the proviso that an assessment of the estate may be issued instead of the last two assessments.(2) By way of derogation from Article 50 (2), the evaluation guidelines may be used up to 31 December 2008.
