§ 1 occupational diseases

occupational diseases are those referred to in Appendix 1. Diseases suffered by insured persons as a result of an activity based on insurance cover in accordance with § 2, 3 or 6 of the Seventh Book of Social Law. Non-official table of contents

§ 3 Measures against occupational diseases, transitional allowance

(1) There is a risk of an occupational disease for insured persons. , the accident insurance institutions have to counteract this risk by all appropriate means. § 4 Participation of medical workers in the field of health and safety

(1) The health and safety health insurance in the case of occupational diseases and diseases which are to be recognised in accordance with Article 9 (2) of the Seventh Book of the Social Code, such as occupational diseases, competent authorities shall act in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 2 to 4.(2) The accident insurance institutions shall inform the authorities responsible for medical employment protection in writing without delay about the initiation of a detention procedure; the notification shall also be deemed to be sent in accordance with the provisions of § § § § § 193 (2) and (7) or § 202 of the Seventh Book of Social Law. The accident insurance institutions shall take part in the further assessment procedure for the bodies responsible for medical work protection; the more detailed procedures may be used by the accident insurance institutions with the competent authorities responsible for medical occupational safety and health protection. § 5 Fees

§ 6 Reaction

(1) Leiden insured on 1.
