Art 1

Dem in Budapest on 15. The Agreement was signed between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Hungarian People's Republic on inland waterway transport and on 12 January 1988. The Protocol was signed in December 1986 on the occasion of the conclusion of the negotiations on this Agreement in Budapest. The Agreement and the Protocol shall be published below. Art 2

The Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development is authorized to enter into the approved agreements on the minimum/maximum loads and the secondary conditions for the exchange of goods to which the Joint Committee has agreed, pursuant to Article 14 (3) of the Agreement, to enter into force by means of a regulation of the law. Art 3

Deviations from the minimum/maximum loads fixed in a legal order pursuant to Article 2 for Transport services and payments or other benefits which are equivalent to a circumvention of the fixed pay shall be prohibited. Non-official table of contents

Art 4

is an administrative offence within the meaning of Section 3 of the Economic Criminal Code of 1954, who intentionally or negligently does the conclusion of temporary contracts within the meaning of Article 4 of the Agreement, by way of derogation from the minimum/maximum rates set in force under Article 2, whether or not to provide or to conclude such contracts; or is fulfilled. Type 5

Administrative authority within the meaning of Section 36 (1) (1) of the Law on Administrative Offences is the water and Ship's Directorate. By way of derogation from § 37 of the Act on Administrative Offences, the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Development may, by means of a regulation, be a member of the Water and Shipping Directorate as being responsible for the area of several water and shipping directorates. to be responsible. Art 6

(1) This law is also applicable in the Land of Berlin, provided that the Land Berlin determines the application of this law. To the extent that the Federal Government's water and shipping directorates are assigned tasks under this Act or by legal ordinances on the basis of this Act, the relevant specialist senator shall be responsible in the Land of Berlin.(2) Legal regulations which are enacted pursuant to this Act shall apply in the Land of Berlin pursuant to Section 14 of the Third Transfer Act. Art 7

(1) This law enters into force on the day after it is announced.(2) The date on which the Agreement enters into force in accordance with its Article 18 (2) shall be disclosed in the Federal Law Gazly.
