Species 1

The Agreement between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Hungarian People's Republic on inland waterway transport, signed in Budapest on 15 January 1988, and on 12 December 1986 on the occasion of the conclusion of the Negotiations on this agreement in Budapest have been agreed. Type 2

The Administrative Authority within the meaning of Section 36 (1) (1) of the Law on Administrative Offences is the Directorate of Water and Shipping. (1) This law shall also apply in the Land of Berlin, provided that the Land Berlin determines the application of this law.
