§ 1
(1) The notices to be issued in accordance with § § 980, 981, 983 of the Civil Code of Imperial Authorities and Reichsanstalten shall be made by means of a notice at the office of office or, if for notices of the designated type, a different location is determined by a slope at this point. A period of at least six weeks shall be between the day on which the slope is effected and the date on which the suspended document is re-taken; the validity of the notice shall not have any effect if the date of the notice of publication is not valid. (2) The authority or the institution may arrange for further announcements, in particular by means of indentation in the public leaves.

The time limit for the notification of rights to be determined in the notice must be at least six weeks. The time limit begins with the slope, but if the contract notice is also made by indentation in public sheets, with the last indentation.
