Pursuant to Section 39 (1) and Section 123 (1) of the Evaluation Act, as amended on 10 December 1965 (Bundesgesetzbl. I p. 1861), with the approval of the Federal Council, the Federal Government decrees: Unofficial table of contents

§ 1

For the main assessment bases, comparative figures shall be fixed on 1 January 1964. They can be found for the winegrowers ' use of the plant. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2

This Regulation applies in accordance with § 14 of the Third Law of the Convention of 4 January 1952 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 1) in conjunction with Article 8 of the Law amending the Evaluation Act of 13 August 1965 (Federal Law Gazette). § 3

Main assessment support points for wine-growing use

A. Preliminary remarks

1.

In the case of wine-growing use, vineyards or parts of wine-growing systems (§ 57 BewG) serve as valuation bases. The designation of the main assessment support points therefore corresponds to the respective wine-growing situation. As far as parts of wine-growing systems serve as main assessment bases, the parcel numbers shall be given in accordance with the state of the art of 1 January 1964.

2.

The main assessment bases of the wine-growing use are marked

a)

by W = winegrowing,

b)

through serial numbers (Lfd. No.), the first digit of which shows the country and its next paragraph the Oberfinanzdirektion (Oberfinanzdirektion). The digits after the point indicate the current number within the Oberfinanzdirektion (Oberfinanzdirektion). Correspond to the digits:

For example:	The main valuation support point W 41.04 is the fourth main assessment base of the wine-growing use in Rhineland-Palatinate, Oberfinanzdirektion Koblenz.

Depending on the circumstances, one to three layer comparison numbers shall be fixed for each main assessment base of the wine-growing use. The layer comparison numbers

a)

in column 4, in the case of the sale or delivery of the grapes or the mash to cooperatives or other Community processing operations, they shall apply to non-performing operations;

b)

in column 5, in the case of processing of the grapes in its own holding, the production and distribution of a barrel-wine-making operation shall be applied to the production of barrel wine;

c)

in column 6, in the case of processing of the grapes in its own plant, the production and distribution of bottled wine shall apply to bottle wine-producing operations.
