I p. 1847), most recently by Article 1 (5) of the Law of 29. July 2009 (BGBl. 2314), in conjunction with Section 1 (2) of the Single Payment Act (SPS), as amended by the 26. § 1 reduction of payment entitlements

(1) Any payment entitlement under the single payment scheme for 2014 will be reduced in accordance with paragraph 2.(2) The reduction shall be made by multiplying the value of each payment entitlement by a factor of 0,8297. Non-official table of contents
