On the basis of the first sentence of § 8 (1) in conjunction with sentence 2, point 2, of the Law on the Market Organisation, as amended by the Federal Law Gazette of 24 June 2005 (BGBl. I p. 1847), most recently by Article 1 (5) of the Law of 29 July 2009 (BGBl. 2314), in conjunction with Section 1 (2) of the Single Payment Enforcement Act, as amended by the announcement of 26 November 2010 (BGBl. 1720) and § 1 (2) of the Jurisdiction Adjustment Act of 16 August 2002 (BGBl). § 1 Reduction of payment entitlements

(1) Any payment entitlement under the single payment scheme for 2014 shall be reduced in accordance with paragraph 2. (2) The reduction shall be made by multiplying the value of each payment entitlement by a factor of 0,8297. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Entry into force
