The Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Housing gives the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Housing pursuant to § 9 No. 3 and § 7 (2) of the Berlin/Bonn Act of 26 April 1994 (BGBl. 918), of which Article 9 (3) by Article 1 of the Regulation of 21 September 1997 (BGBl. 2390), in conjunction with the announcement by the Federal Chancellor of the Federal Government's decision of 22 July 1999 (BGBl). I p. 1725):
With effect from 6 December 1999, the head office of the Bundeseisenbahnassets (BEV) will move from Frankfurt am Main to Bonn.
