(1) For the supply recipient on 31 December 1989, the ruheyable service remuneration on which the calculation of the pensions is calculated shall be increased by a structural compensation as an adjustment supplement. This shall not apply to beneficiaries of transitional charges. The structural compensation amounts to 0.4 per cent of the pensions which are eligible for rest. (2) pensions, the calculation of which is not based on a local surcharge under the Bundesbesoldungsgesetz (Bundesbesoldungsgesetz), and pensions fixed in fixed amounts. (3) Article 2 (2) (1) sentence 4 and Article 3 (3) (2) sentence 4 of the 2nd Budget Structure Law shall not apply. (4) The Adjustment of the pensions referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not be considered as an increase in the civil servants ' pensions in the sense of § 57 (2) sentence 2 and section 58 (2) sentence 1 of the civil service provision law. Sentence 1 shall apply in accordance with the provisions of section 55c (2) sentence 2 and section 55d (2) sentence 1 of the SoldatenSupply Act.

Section 3 Return to the uniform regulation
The parts of the Regulations, which are based on Article 1 (3) and (4), Article 2 (2) and Article 10 (1), may be amended or repealed by means of a Regulation on the basis of the relevant authorization in connection with this provision.

§ 5 Entry into force
(1) This law shall enter into force with effect from 1 March 1991. (2) (3) The following is possible due to the amendment of section 26 (1) of the Federal Law on Wages and the Act of Law (Bundesbesoldungsgesetz) pursuant to § 1 No. 11 of the Ordinance on § 26 (4) (1) of the Federal Law on Wages and Provisions of the Federal Law on Wages and Job changes can be made in the respective grades to a quarter in 1992 and to a further quarter in the following years.
