Art 1

The provisions of Section 1 (2) of the Emergency Ordinance and of the second sentence of Article 3 of the emergency Regulation are prescribed. First-Implementing and Supplementary Regulation of 9. June 1933 (Reichsgesetzbl. 372) shall also apply if claims of a construction saver from a building savings contract, in particular those relating to repayment of the building savings credit, have become due before order of the simplified settlement. This regulation occurs with effect from the 16. June 1932 in force. This retroactive effect shall be without prejudice to judgments handed down after the simplified settlement has been made; the same shall apply to comparisons and the recognition of such judgments. Non-official Table of Contents
