Species 1

The provisions of Section 1 (2) of the Emergency Ordinance as well as of Article 3, second sentence, of the First Implementing and Supplementary Regulation of 9 June 1933 (Reichsgesetzbl. 372) shall also apply if claims of a construction saver from a building savings contract, in particular those relating to repayment of the building savings credit, have become due before order of the simplified settlement. This Regulation shall enter into force with effect from 16 June 1932. This retroactive effect shall be without prejudice to judgments handed down in accordance with the order of simplified settlement, and shall apply to comparisons and to the recognition of such judgments.
