This legal regulation is a training order within the meaning of Section 25 of the Vocational Training Act. § 1 State recognition of the vocational training profession

§ 2 Training Duration

§ 3 Training profession

The subject of vocational training shall be at least the following skills and knowledge:
1.
Vocational training,
2.
Establishment and organisation of training activities,
3.
Labour and Taric law,
4.
Safety and health at work, environmental protection and rational use of energy,
5.
Work planning,
6.
Set up and secure construction sites, working and protective scaffold,
7.
Processing of building and building materials,
8.
Work in the field of construction technology,
9.
Handling of surveying equipment,
10.
Working and processing of metals and plastics,
11.
Handling of components, assemblies and systems of construction equipment,
12.
Commissioning, guiding and decommissioning of construction equipment,
13.
Maintenance of construction equipment, use of fuels and lubricants as well as hydraulic oils,
14.
Detect faults and initiate measures to eliminate faults in construction equipment,
15.
Repair of components and assemblies.

§ 4 Training framework plan

(1) The skills and knowledge according to § 3 shall be mediated in accordance with the guidance on the factual and temporal structure of the vocational training (training framework plan) contained in the annex. A material and time breakdown of the training contents, which differs from the training framework plan, is permitted, in particular, where special operational characteristics require the deviation. (2) The skills referred to in this Regulation, and Knowledge is to be taught in such a way that the trainee is qualified to pursue a qualified professional activity within the meaning of Article 1 (2) of the Vocational Training Act, in particular, the self-employed planning, carrying out and controlling in his workplace. § 5 Vocational training in incompany training centres

(1) In order to supplement and deepen the vocational training, it is necessary to have in-company or in suitable vocational training centres
1.
in the first year of training, in sixteen weeks, in particular, the number (6) (b) and (c), point 7 (a), (8) (a) to (d), and (9) (a) to (c), in serial number (10) (a) to (e), and the skills and knowledge referred to in paragraph 11 (a) (a) (aa) to (cc) of the training framework plan;
2.
in the second year of training, in fourteen weeks, in particular, the number 10 (e), (i) and (l), (10) (f) and (g), in serial number (11) (a), double letter (dd) and (ee), point (b) and (c), the skills and knowledge referred to in points (a) to (c), 13 (d) to (f) and 15 (a) and (b) of the training framework plan;
3.
in the third year of training, in six weeks, in particular, the skills and knowledge referred to in point 8 (n), 12 (e) and (f), and 14 (a) and (b) of the training framework plan

§ 6 Training plan

§ 7 Report Bulletin

§ 8 Interim examination

(1) An intermediate examination shall be carried out in order to determine the level of training. It is to take place before the end of the second year of training. (2) The intermediate examination shall cover the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex for the first year of training and the third half-year of training, as well as the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex. (4) The examinee shall, in the written examination, solve in a total of 180 minutes tasks, which shall relate to practice-related cases, from the following areas:
1.
Safety and health at work, environmental protection and rational use of energy,
2.
technical documentation, in particular operating instructions, functional representations, circuit diagrams, tables, diagrams, laying plans, sketches and drawings,
3.
the properties and use of fuels and lubricants and their disposal,
4.
Function and functional combination of components and assemblies of construction equipment,
5.
construction and construction aids,
6.
the construction method,
7.
Calculation of lengths, angles, areas, volumes, masses, forces and speeds.
(5) The duration of the examination referred to in paragraph 4 may, in particular, be undershot to the extent that the written examination is carried out in a programmed form. Unofficial table of contents

§ 9 Final examination

(1) The final examination shall cover the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex, as well as the teaching material provided in the course of vocational education, to the extent that it is essential for vocational training. (2) The test shall be carried out in the following: carry out three working samples for a maximum of seven hours in practice. Limitations, determination and correction of faults and faults in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic or electrically operated assemblies.
(3) The examinee shall be examined in the written examination in the examination subjects Technology, Job Planning, Technical Mathematics as well as Economic and Social Studies. Tasks which are to relate to practice-related cases, in particular from the following areas, are to be considered:

Main building groups of construction equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems,
f)
electro-technical components and safety devices,

maintenance, repair, tools as well as test and measuring instruments,
h)
Properties, requirements and use of building materials and components,
i)
soil types and soil classes,
k)
construction methods;
2.
Work planning in the examination subject:
a)
technical drawings, tables and diagrams, manuals, job plans, standards and graphs,
b)
Operating instructions, maintenance and repair instructions,
c)
Spare parts books and machine control books,
d)
Supply and disposal instructions;
in particular by linking information technology, technological and mathematical issues, to analyse technical problems, to evaluate them and to present appropriate solutions;
3.
in the examination subject Technical Mathematics:
a)
Length, angle, area, volume, mass, force and speed,
b)
Work, performance and efficiency,
c)
Tensile and compressive strength,
d)
Pressure in liquids and gases,
e)
Manufacturing time, working time, wages and materials;
4.
in the examination subject Economic and social studies: general economic and social relationships of the working and working world.
(4) For the written examination, the following time limits shall be assumed:
1. in the Technology Examination 150 minutes,
2. Work planning in the examination subject 90 minutes,
3. in the examination subject Technical Mathematics 60 minutes,
4. in the examination subject Economic and social studies 60 minutes.
(5) The duration of the examination referred to in paragraph 4 may, in particular, be undershot to the extent that the written examination is carried out in a programmed form. § 10 Transitional Regulation

Section 11 Entry into force
