Restrictions arise from the individual provisions of the AZR Act. In particular, the transmission of the data of Union citizens who do not have a determination of the non-existence or loss of the right of free movement is only to the authorities entrusted with the tasks of foreign or asylum law, and only to the Implementation of such tasks shall be permitted. To the extent that in column C and column D of the table in respect of persons (1) a subdivision of the data transmitting or receiving the data was made according to Roman numerals, this is used within the lines for the group of persons (2) and (3). It is easier to refer to the respective posts. The Federal Statistical Office receives all data without name reference. A service provision regulates which data is obtained by the federal and state constitutional protection authorities, the BND and the MAD in accordance with § 20 of the AZR Act.
