§ 1 State Recognition of the Training profession

The training profession of the specialist staff for labour market services and the professional staff for Labour market services are recognised by the state in accordance with Article 4 (1) of the Vocational Training Act. Non-official table of contents

§ 2 Duration of vocational training

§ 3 Training framework plan, training professional image

(1) The subject of vocational training shall be at least the subject of the Training framework (Annex 1, subject-specific structure), skills, knowledge and skills (professional capacity to act). § 4 

(1) The skills, knowledge and skills referred to in this Regulation shall be communicated in such a way as to ensure that trainees are required to pursue a qualified professional activity within the meaning of Article 1 (3) of the Regulation. of the Vocational Training Act, which includes, in particular, independent planning, implementation and control. This qualification must also be proven in examinations in accordance with § § 5 and 6.(2) On the basis of the training framework plan, the trainees have to draw up a training plan for the trainees.(3) The apprentices must have a written proof of training. They should be given the opportunity to carry out the written evidence of formal qualifications during the training period. The trainees have to check the written proof of training on a regular basis.(4) In order to supplement in-company vocational training, the skills, knowledge and skills referred to in the training framework plan must be systematically conveyed and deepened in an in-company training of up to 16 weeks. In particular, skills, knowledge and skills that cannot be taught in all training establishments will be considered. § 5 Intermediate examination

(1) An intermediate examination is to be carried out to determine the level of training. § 6 final examination

(1) The final examination will determine whether the audit trail has acquired the professional capacity to act. § 7 Existing Vocational Training Conditions

Vocational training conditions which, at the date of entry into force of this Regulation , may be continued in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation, provided that the Contracting Parties agree to do so, taking into account the training period completed so far. § 8 Entry into force, expiry
