§ 1 Objective of the preparation service

The preparatory service aims to familiarise the candidates with the professional requirements of their careers and to provide them with the knowledge, skills and skills necessary to carry out their tasks in the middle police service. are required. § 2 Training authority, training bodies

§ 3 Duration of the preparation service

§ 5 Basic training

§ 6 Performance requirements

(3) In The subjects of application law/traffic law and teaching/police services are two written supervisory work of 90 minutes each, in the subjects of criminality as well as state and constitutional law/political education Two written supervisory work of 45 and 90 minutes duration and a supervisory work of 45 minutes in all other subjects to be completed. In the subjects of practical training (application training, compulsory means of use, police technology) and in the subject of professional sports, performance certificates are to be provided in the form of practical verifications.(4) A subject note shall be given for each subject referred to in paragraph 1. The technical grade is derived from the performance certificates and is determined in accordance with § 17 (1) in the ranking points. The supervisory work and the performance tests are each filled with 50 out of the hundred in the respective subject note.(5) The Federal Police Academy may, upon request, have proof of proof of performance in the subject English in the case of proof of appropriate knowledge in another Interpol working language. § 7 Further subject-related theoretical and practical training

§ 8 career course course

§ 9 dismissal

§ 11 Shortening of training sections and extension of the preparation service

§ 13 Purpose of Examination

(1) The intermediate examination serves to determine whether the candidates have reached the target of this training section and according to the acquired knowledge and skills for further training in the career of the middle police execution service in the federal police.(2) The runway test shall be used to determine whether the candidates have attained the aim of training and, in accordance with the acquired skills and knowledge, for the career of the central police service in the Federal Police are capable. § 14 Examination Office, Examination Committees

§ 15 Time, place and expiry of the exams

§ 17 Evaluation of audit services

(1) Services are rated with the following grades and rank points:

rank numbers are calculated from the rank points; they are calculated to two decimal places after the comma without rounding up or down.(2) In the course of the evaluation of written services, credit points shall be assigned to the requirements of their number, composition and difficulty, which are relevant to the performance. To the extent that a requirement is met, the corresponding number of points in the performance shall be attributed. In addition to professional performance, the evaluation shall take due account of the spelling, the structure and clarity of the presentation and the adaptability of the expression. § 20 Preparation of the written examination

(1) The examination office allows two task proposals to be drawn up for each subject, which is the subject of the written examination (§ 19). The task proposals are designed by the teaching staff of the training institutions involved in the training course. In this connection, it is necessary to indicate which aids the candidates may use in the production of the works.(2) The Examination Office shall select a proposal for each examination subject. The proposals can be amended with the participation of the specialist teachers. New proposals may also be requested. The examination tasks and the non-selected proposals shall be returned separately in sealed envelopes of the training manager or the training manager, with the non-selected proposals for any possible use in the case of a Repeat examination until the examination results are announced under closure.(3) Uniform exams must be used in all training facilities in which examination papers are written at the same time. The written examination papers must be written on consecutive working days, and after two working days a free day should be provided.(4) The examination proposals and the examination tasks shall be kept secret. § 21 Examination of the written review

(1) The written work is produced under supervision. The supervisors may not have taught the candidates in the respective examination subject and may be appointed as an evaluator in the same subject of this examination committee.(2) The supervisors shall produce a transcript and record in it the date of the commencement of the processing, any special incidents and interruption periods. They shall record the date of their submission and sign the minutes of each work.(3) Before the start of the processing of the examination task, the jobs and the identification numbers are to be exonerated. The supervisors enter the identification numbers in a list in which all candidates are listed, and place the list in an envelope that is to be sealed. The sealed envelope must be kept and must not be opened until after the final evaluation of the examination work.(4) The contenders shall carry out their work with their identification number. The candidates are not supposed to give their names to the work they have done. Should this be done anyway, the supervisors make the name drawing unrecognizable when it is handed out.(5) The envelope with the examination tasks shall be opened immediately before the written examination by the supervisors in the examination room in the presence of the contenders.(6) The beginning of the processing time immediately after the notification of the tasks is determined by the supervisors; the processing time must not be interrupted by a pause.(7) During the processing period, the candidates shall be allowed to leave the examination room only for valid reasons with the consent of the supervisors. Only one contender or one contender may be absent.(8) The candidates shall submit their written work with all records at the latest at the end of the processing period at the supervisors and subsequently to leave the examination room immediately. The supervisors point in time to the expiration of the processing time. An examination paper, which is not given in due time despite the request, must be accompanied by a corresponding notice. § 22 Evaluation of the written work

(1) Each audit work is carried out by the examiner or the specialist examiner and one other member of the Audit Committee.(2) In the course of the ranking, the Audit Committee shall decide within the framework of the ranking figures established by the proofreaders. § 23 Announcement of written examinations and the subjects of the oral examination

The results of the written examination papers and the subjects in which the examination is to be carried out shall be communicated to the candidates at least three working days before the oral and, if appropriate, the practical examination. This communication does not preclude the oral examination in other examination subjects if the examination board considers this to be necessary on the basis of the course of the oral examination. § 24 Admission to oral and practical examination

§ 25 Oral and practical examination

(1) The oral examination tasks in the intermediate examination and the runway examination should include case-related issues. § 26 Prevent, resignation, abiding

(1) Who, by illness or other circumstances that are not to be represented, If the test or parts of the test are prevented, this must be proved in a suitable form. § 28 Third Party Presence

(1) The audit is not public. § 29 Examination result

at the Intermediate check
a)
the average grade of the course performance (§ 18) with 40 of the One hundred,
b)
the rank of the four written examination papers, each with 7.5 of the hundred (total of 30 of the hundred),
c)
the average score of the oral and practical tests, each with 15 of the hundred (a total of 30 of the hundred);
2.
in runway check
a)
the Average ranking of the intermediate test at 5 of the hundred,
b)
the average number of points of the further subject-theoretical and practical training (§ 7) with 18 of the hundred,
c)
the average score of the teaching performance (§ 18) with 10 of the hundred,
d)
the rankings of the four written exam papers, each with 10 of the hundred (a total of 40 of the hundred) and
e)
the average score of the oral exam with 27 per
3) Insofar as the final average score is 5.0 or more, the average score is less than or equal to 5. Decimal positions from 50 to 99 for the formation of the final grade; in other respects, decimal places are not taken into account for the formation of notes.(4) Following the advice of the examination board, the chairperson shall inform the candidates of the achieved ranking points and, if desired, explain them orally. § 30 testimony

§ 31 Examination files, inspection files

(1) The candidates who do not have the intermediate audit or the runway check , or if the examination has not been passed, the test can be repeated once. In justified cases, the Federal Ministry of the Interior may allow a second repetition.(2) An examination may be repeated at the earliest after three months.(3) The examination shall be repeated in full. Individual examination services cannot be issued.(4) The further training shall not be suspended due to the repetition of the intermediate examination.(5) The preparation service is extended for candidates who did not pass the runway check until the completion of the repeal test.

§ 33 experimentation clause

(1) For the testing of new forms of training and examination, the Basis of an action-oriented curriculum up to 31. The following rules will be adopted in December 2010:
1.
Performance certificates are during the Basic training and further specialist theoretical and practical training in at least six fields of action of the Federal Police.
