The Federal Administrative Office shall be empowered to exercise its power over contradictions of: Employees of the Federal Foreign Office to decide on matters under the Federal Travel Costs Act and the International Travel Costs Ordinance, to the extent that the Federal Administrative Office has issued the administrative act contested by the objection or to the adoption of the Decree of an administrative act. The Federal Administrative Office shall be responsible for transferring the representation of the Federal Republic of Germany to administrative proceedings in matters referred to in Section I. This arrangement occurs with effect from 1. July 2012 will be in force.
