Thirty Ordinance for the implementation of the Federal Immission Control Act (regulation on the labelling of vehicles with low contribution to the pollution - 35th BImSchV) 35. § 1 scope of application (1) this regulation lays down exemptions from traffic bans to section 40 para 1 of the Federal Immission Control Act and the allocation of vehicles to groups of pollutants and determined are which in a labelling of vehicles to meet requirements,.
