§ 1 General

(1) This Regulation regulates the implementation of Regular data transfers between the reporting authorities of different countries in the cases of § 17 (1) and (2) of the Reporting Framework Act.(2) Where a resident has a number of domestic dwellings, reporting authorities within the meaning of this Regulation shall be both the reporting authorities responsible for the main flat and the reporting authorities responsible for the accommodation of the condomient. § 4 (1) remains unaffected. § 2 Form and process of data transfers

(1) Data transfers are carried out by data transmission over administrative communication networks or over the Internet.(2) Data transfers shall be made between the reporting authorities, either directly or through exchanges. The data to be transmitted shall be provided and encrypted with an advanced electronic signature according to § 2 No. 2 of the Signature Act.(3) In the case of data transfers in accordance with paragraph 1, the record description OSCI-XMeld (paragraph 4 sentence 1) and the transmission protocol OSCI-Transport (paragraph 4, sentence 2) shall be based on the valid version made known in the Federal Gazette. § 3 Feedback

§ 4 Evaluation of the Actuals

§ 5 Continuation of the data
