By means of which the surplus resources of the 1997 term of the insurance sub-account of catastrophic risks and traffic accidents of the Fund of Solidarity and Guarantee in Health are destined.

COLOMBIA CONGRESS

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. The surplus resources of the 1997 term of the insurance sub-account for catastrophic risks and traffic accidents of the Solidarity and Health Guarantee Fund will be used to finance the care services provided to the population linked to the system, not covered by benefits of the contributory or subsidized schemes of the General System of Social Security in Health. These resources will be distributed according to the criteria that the National Council of Social Security in Health will point out, among the institutions that provide health services or those private with which the Nation or the Territorial entities shall enter into contracts for that purpose.

ARTICLE 2o. This law applies as of the date of its publication.
