For which are added articles of the Decree-Laws 1211, 1212, 1213 of 1990 and of Decree 1091 of 1995.

COLOMBIA CONGRESS

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. Addition to Articles 158, 140 and 100 of the Decree-Laws 1211, 1212 and 1213 of 1990 respectively, and Article 49 of Decree 1091 of 1995, in the sense of including as a computable item for to liquidate the periodic social benefits of the staff of officers, officials, members of the executive level, and agents of the retired National Police and Military Forces with a retirement or pension allowance and their beneficiaries, who have This is a condition, on 31 December 1996, of the compensation allowance for the Public Force personnel on active duty.

PARAGRAFO. If the bonus referred to in this article is incorporated into the basic salary of the active duty personnel, the same shall be the same in the settlement of the withdrawal and military and police pensions and will therefore disappear as a bonus.

ARTICLE 2o. This law governs from the date of its promulgation and produces tax effects from the first (1st) January of a thousand nine hundred and ninety-seven (1997).
