For which the Arma of Communications is created as an organic specialty of the National Army.

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. Create as an organic specialty of the National Army the Weapon of Communications, as an element of combat support, with the mission, endowment and functions assigned to it in accordance with the (a) regulation to be issued by the national government.

ARTICLE 2o. This law governs from the date of its enactment.
