By which the Nation is linked to the celebration of sixty (60) years of the College national Technical Institute of Neiva, Huila, pays tribute to its founder, extols the virtues of his professors, students and alumni, and orders in his honor construction of some works.
CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA DECREES
:
ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is associated with the celebration of sixty (60) years of the Superior Technical Institute National College of Neiva, Huila, pays tribute to its founder, Don Angelino Vargas Perdomo, he extols the virtues of his professors, students and alumni.
For proper compliance with the provisions of this Act, the national government help through financing mechanisms established by the rules on the subject, to carry out works to improve the delivery of services that correspond to the National School Higher Technical Institute of Neiva, Huila, which are detailed below:
a) Construction and equipping of a theater auditorium;
B) Construction and equipping of a library;
C) Construction and laboratory hardware;
D) Improving and upgrading the provision of workshops of different specialties offered on campus as well:
civil constructions, industrial mechanics, metalworking, electrical and electronics, woodwork and pattern shop, mechanical drawing, casting and metallurgy, mechanical automotive;
E) Construction of a sports and fitness;
F) Construction and equipping of a projection room;
G) Construction and equipping of a computer room;
H) Total reconstruction of drainage system pipes.
Article 2.
. To achieve the provisions of the previous article the national government appropriated in the General Budget of the Nation, the necessary resources to finance these works.

ARTICLE 3. This Act governs from its sanction.
