For which the Nation is linked to the celebration of the sixty (60) years of existence of the National College of Higher Technical Institute of Neiva, Huila, pays tribute to its founder, exalts the virtues of its professors, students and graduates, and orders in their homage the construction of some works.

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is associated with the celebration of the sixty (60) years of existence of the National College of Neiva Superior Technical Institute, Huila, pays tribute to its founder, Don Angelino Vargas Perdomo, exalts the virtues of their teachers, students and graduates.

For due compliance with the provisions of this Law, the National Government will assist through the co-financing mechanisms established in the rules on the matter, to carry out the works that improve the delivery of the services that correspond to the National College of Higher Technical Institute of Neiva, Huila, which are then detailed:

a) Construction and endowment of an auditorium theatre;

b) Building and provisioning a library;

c) Building and physical allocation of laboratories;

d) Improvement and updating of the workshops of the different specialties offered by the team:

Civil constructions, industrial mechanics, metalworking, electrical and electronic, ebanisteria and modeling, technical drawing, casting and metallurgy, automotive mechanics;

e) Construction and suitability of a polyportive;

f) Building and endowment of a projection room;

g) Building and provisioning a computer room;

h) Total rework of the pipe system drains.

ARTICLE 2o. For the achievement of the provisions of the previous article, the national government will appropriate in the General Budget of the Nation, the resources necessary to finance these works.

ARTICLE 3o. This Law governs from your sanction.
