CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA DECREES
ARTICLE 1o. Joining the anniversary of the Golden Jubilee of the Colegio Mayor de Cundinamarca University, founded in 1945.
. Recognize and exalt the University for the valuable and significant scientific, humanistic and social training of professionals who perform their work efficiently and ethical sense, to serve the country.
ARTICLE 3. Propose as an example of the institutions of Higher Education, the College of Cundinamarca University for his outstanding research activity, teaching, administrative and extension.
ARTICLE 4. I order the National Government is linked to the commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the University, by appropriating the necessary funding base for the following investment projects and other executory:
1. Renewal of equipment for the health service that serves the university community and various neighborhoods of the adjacent sector.
2. Repair and expansion of the physical plant at its current headquarters, which will be permanent.
3. Expansion and endowment of the University Library, including new bibliographical publications, reprographics advanced equipment and latest generation of computers.
4. Provision of modern equipment for clinical and bacteriology laboratory.
The 5th ITEM. The government will allocate the General Budget of the Nation an amount not less than one billion pesos ($ 1,000) currency, for the implementation of this Act.
ARTICLE 6o. This Law governs from the date of publication.
