By which the Nation is associated with the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of the founding of the Municipality of Villagarzón in the Department of Putumayo.
CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA DECREES
ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is associated with the celebration of the fiftieth anniversary of the founding of the Municipality of Villagarzón in the Department of Putumayo.
. Since the enactment of this Act and in accordance with Articles 334 and 341 of the Constitution in Colombia, the National Government is authorized to participate cofinancing with the municipality, the sum of two billion pesos ($ 2 billion. 00) legal currency, to perform the following works of social interest in the municipality of Villagarzon, Putumayo, thus:
1 Contribution Project. Completion, construction aqueduct Villagarzón
(Quebrada Curiyaco). Termination sewer and oxidation ponds
2. Expansion 400.000.000.00
local hospital $ 3. Construction market square $ 400.000.000.00
4. Repair schools adequacy educativosde Villagarzón $ 300.000.000.00
5. Construction municipal slaughterhouse $ 200.000.000.00
PARÁGRAFO. The counterpart of co-financing that corresponds to the municipality will under paragraph of Article 69 of Decree 111 of January 1996 provided for special projects that reads: "Municipalities of the Departments of Vichada, Guainía, San Andres and Providencia Putumayo, co-finance 5% of investment projects "(Act 225 of 1996).
ARTICLE 3. This law governs from the date of sanction.
