For which the Nation is associated with the celebration of the fifty years of the foundation of the Municipality of Villagarzon in the Department of Putumayo.

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is associated with the celebration of the fifty years of the founding of the Municipality of Villagarzon in the Department of Putumayo.

ARTICLE 2o. From the sanction of this Law and in accordance with Articles 334 and 341 of the Political Constitution in Colombia, authorize the National Government to participate by co-financing with the Municipality, the sum of two billion pesos ($2,000,000,000.00) legal currency, to execute the following works of social interest in the Municipality of Villagarzon, Putumayo, as well:

Input Project

1. Termination, construction aqueduct Villagarzon

(Quebrada Curyaco). Sewer and lagoons completion

oxidation $700,000,000.00

2. Local hospital extension $400,000,000.00

3. Construction Market Square $400,000,000.00

4. Repair, suitability for educational plantsof Villagarzon $300,000,000.00

5. Municipal abattoir construction $200,000,000.00

PARAGRAFO. The counterpart of co-financing that corresponds to the municipality will be done according to the paragraph of article 69 of the Decree 111 of January 1996 established for special projects that to the letter says: " The Municipalities of the departments of Vichada, Guainia, San Andrés and Providencia and Putumayo will co-finance 5% of the investment projects " (Law 225 of 1996).

ARTICLE 3o. This law governs from the date of your sanction.
