For which the Nation is linked to the celebration of the four hundred and forty-five (445) years of the foundation of the municipality of Villavieja, in the department of Huila, pays tribute of admiration to its founder, exalts the virtues of its and orders in his homage the construction of some works.

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is associated with the celebration of the four hundred and forty-five-445 years of the Municipality of Villavieja. Huila-illustrious Huilense population founded on August 18, 1550 and has been the cradle of prestant figures of political science, religious vocations, artistic culture and educational, social, economic, and cultural activities. The community of southern Colombia, of undoubted influence in the past, present and future of the department of Huila and the country, pays tribute to its founder: Captain Juan Alonso de la Torre, as well as to exalt the civics and the spirit of overcoming its inhabitants.

ARTICLE 2o. On the occasion of this transcendence, the Nation undertakes to perform in the municipality of Villavieja, Huila, the following works:

a) Total paving of the Cucara-Villavieja; road

b) subsidized construction of a housing plan of social interest, not exceeding 300 solutions in the urban perimeter and 300 solutions in the rural sector of the municipality;

c) Construction of the sewers and aqueducts with their urban hull treatment plants and the inspections of San Alfonso, La Victoria, Potosi, Hato Nuevo and the Vereda Poland;

d) Acquisition of the former home of Francisco de Paula Plazas for the adequacy of the Paleontological Museum and location adjustments for this purpose;

e) Creation of a scientific research center in the agricultural sector in charge of the University of South Colombia for the ecological recovery of the Tatacoa Desert;

f) Construction of the tourist road ring in the Tatacoa desert, being fully paved;

g) Restablishment of the railway line;

h) Construction of the building site of the Gabriel Plaza College in the city centre;

i) Construction of a hospital in the urban area;

j) Completion of the Physical Plant of the Municipal Agricultural College in San Alfonso, Villavieja, Huila.

ARTICLE 3o. The National Government will honor the Municipality of Villavieja, Huila, and on behalf of the Presidency of the Republic, a commemorative plaque will be placed in the main park of the illustrious population.

ARTICLE 4.-Facultement to the National Government to make the necessary credits and credits for the fulfillment of this Law.

ARTICLE 5o.-This Act governs from your sanction.
