THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA DECREES:
ARTICLE 1o. Authorize the Departmental Assembly of Tolima to order the issuance of the Stamp "Armero 10 years."
Article 2.
. Works of education, sports and culture

ARTICLE 3. Issuance of the stamp whose creation is authorized up to the amount of one billion pesos ($ 1,000,000,000) the total amount collected is set at constant 1995 prices

ARTICLE 4. The Honorable City Council Gunsmith plan annually approved investment projects to be carried out with the product of the stamp collection.

The 5th ITEM. Municipal Council is empowered to Tolima Department for prior authorization from the Department Assembly mandate use of the stamp by this Act authorizing issuance bound to the Municipality of Gunsmith.

ARTICLE 6o. The obligation to adhere and void the stamp referred to in this Act is in charge of departmental and municipal officials involved in the events.

ARTICLE 7. The revenues from the sale of the stamp will be in charge of the municipal treasuries in coordination with the Ministry of Finance Departmental according to the ordinance that regulates and will go to the provisions of article 2. of this Law.

Article 8. Control of the collection and the transfer of these resources and the investment of funds from the implementation of this Act shall be in charge of the Comptroller of the Department of Tolima.

Article 9. This law governs from the date of its enactment.
