Whereby a commission to review, compile, integrate, match environmental legislation and other provisions .
ARTICLE 1o. Establish a commission of experts and jurists which will include a representative of the Indigenous Movement, a representative of the Negritude, a representative of the Raizales Communities, the Director of Mines of the Ministry of Mines and Energy and a representative of environmental non-governmental organizations . It also will be part of a Senator of the Republic and House Representative elected by the Constitutional Commissions Quintas respective corporations. The Commission shall be responsible for reviewing, compiling and agreeing environmental legislation and in particular the police numbers, criminal and punitive administrative aspects; ie the National Code of Renewable Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, the Code of Mines and the National Health Code and submit to Congress a draft law, aimed at modification, updating and reform, within 18 following months from the date of integration of the said Commission. The Ministry of Environment shall assume the functions of Secretariat of the Commission.
