By which the Nation is associated with the commemoration of 50 years of work of the National Institute College Manuel Murillo Toro Chaparral, Tolima and budget appropriations for infrastructure and allocation of items and educational materials are allowed.
CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA DECREES
:
ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is associated with the commemoration of 50 years of work of the College of Chaparral "Instituto Nacional Manuel Murillo Toro", department of Tolima, which will meet on October 9, 1995 and exalts the patriotic educational work of the institution.
Article 2.
. Authorize the Government to incorporate in the General Budget of the Nation and / or drive through the National Joint Financing System appropriations that allow the execution of the following works of infrastructure and provision of items and educational materials in the "National Institute Manuel Murillo College Toro "Chaparral, Tolima:
1. Rehabilitation, adaptation and maintenance of physical facilities.
2. Construction of ten (10) school classrooms to expand educational coverage.
3. Construction and improvement of sanitary units.
4. Adaptation and paving of the main courtyard.
5. Adequacy areas and sports fields.
6. Construction Coliseum Sports and fitness room for multiple events and artistic and cultural events.
7. Acquisition of desks, computers, furniture and equipment and provision of books and reference materials for library and laboratory elements.

ARTICLE 3. To achieve the provisions of the preceding article, the Government appropriated in the General Budget of the Nation to the sum of six hundred million pesos ($ 600.000.000.00).

ARTICLE 4. The national government will encourage and support to the Government of the Department of Tolima, the mayor of the municipality of Chaparral, the Funds Co-financing and other public institutions to obtain and situation of those additional and complementary financial resources to appropriate in the General Budget of the Nation , which are required for the full implementation of the infrastructure and provision of teaching materials and elements included in this Law.

The 5th ITEM. This Act governs from its sanction.
