THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is associated with the commemoration of the 50 years of work of the "Manuel Murillo Toro National Institute" of Chaparral, department of Tolima, which will be completed on October 9, 1995. exalta the patriotic educational work of the institution.

ARTICLE 2o. Authorize the National Government to incorporate within the General Budget of the Nation and/or to promote through the National System of Cofinancing appropriate appropriations that allow the execution of the The following works of infrastructure and endowment of elements and didactic material in the "Manuel Murillo Toro National Institute" of Chaparral, Tolima:

1. Rehabilitation, adequacy and maintenance of physical facilities.

2. Construction of ten (10) school classrooms to expand their educational coverage.

3. Construction and adequacy of health units.

4. Adequacy and paving of your main yard.

5. Adequacy of areas and sports courts.

6. Construction Colosseum Sports and adaptation of multiple room for artistic and cultural events and events.

7. Procurement of desks, computers, furniture and equipment, and the provision of books and reference materials for library and laboratory elements.

ARTICLE 3o. For the achievement of the provisions of the previous article, the National Government will appropriate the General Budget of the Nation up to the sum of six hundred million pesos ($600,000,000.00).

ARTICLE 4. The National Government will promote and support the Government of the Department of Tolima, the Municipality of Chaparral, the Cofinancing Funds, and other public institutions. and situation of those additional and complementary economic resources to the appropriate ones in the General Budget of the Nation, which are required for the total execution of the works of infrastructure and endowment of elements and teaching material, included in this Law.
